Bionic - Junior Sales Consultant

What will you be doing?

As the Bionic Group grows, so do our sales departments – we are looking for self-driven, and highly motivated Junior Sales Consultants. You will be responsible for gathering information to understand our customer’s energy & connectivity needs – determining how to help them reduce their business costs.

Bionic dedicates its time training you from the moment your career starts with us. We have a clear sales progression structure, that will help you become the best version of yourself. Established in 2007, you will be joining a growing business of 600+ colleagues, passionate about helping as many customers as possible save time and money.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK
• Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities 
• Acting as the customer's account executive/manager
• Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's

The team

Our Junior Sales Consultants sit within our lead generation team and are pivotal to the success of Bionic. By being the first point of contact for our customer’s journey, they ensure they deliver on the world-class human service that Bionic is known for.

Start date: 4th September 2023
