Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is an international management consultancy firm. We particularly focus on the asset and wealth management industries and provide consulting, benchmarking and implementation services to financial institutions predominantly within Europe and the USA.

he Alpha FMC Graduate Programme runs over two years, spanning both our consulting and benchmarking divisions to equip you with all you need to progress on to the Consultant level afterwards. Our aim is to offer a range of experience as a management consultant and we?ll make sure you don?t work on a project for longer than 12 months if you?d like a change.

Our graduates also have fantastic access to senior members of the Alpha team and gain exposure to clients early on, providing an opportunity to make an impact from the outset.

Working for Alpha is hard work, but we also make sure we enjoy the social aspects of working at a busy city consultancy, and this includes opportunities to travel as part of the graduate role. We offer a £35,000 starting salary, alongside sponsorship towards the IMC or CFA professional qualifications as well as the PRINCE2 project management qualification.

We?re looking for candidates who are eager to make an impact and have an entrepreneurial approach, including an interest in influencing the decisions of the firm. You will need to have, or be predicted, a 2:1 or above from a leading university, at least one internship in the professional or financial services sector, and competency in major MS Office applications.
