They are seeking a Client Success Manager to join their innovative team to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction at first contact.
You will play a crucial role in keeping in touch with clients to ensure they get the most out of their software.
Responsibilities
- Establish a strong business relationship with key accounts
- Manage client requests and upgrades, ensuring new functionality is used effectively
- Prepare and support the delivery of client training sessions
- Assist with agile software testing and QA process
- Analyse and assist with solving complex business problems in an efficient way for both the business and the client
- Shape and contribute to the development of the product
All You Need
- 1-2+ years experience in Technical Support, Account/Project Management, or similar, within the Tech sector
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and experience solving technical problems
