The Role:

You'll be join an exciting and fast-growing Agile transformation team consisting of consultants who specialise in Agile transformation delivery, model design, culture change, coaching and more. You'll be part of a team that's helped organisations improve their ability to deliver iterative change at the pace they need to succeed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading a stream of work and produce high quality deliverables

• Providing key input to shape the strategic direction and support the design of propositions

• Running workshops with client leadership teams, coaching teams around Agile ways of working

Requirements:

Background experience can vary, but areas of interest should include business analyst, Scrum Master, product owner, or Agile coach.

• Experience of assessing Agile delivery and maturity included recommending improvements

• Experience in redesign operating models such as definition of new roles, new metrics or embedding new ways of working with an organisation.

• Hands-on experience, supporting or embedding Agile and/or Scaled Agile practices, such as Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning

• Experience supporting an organisation move from project to product, developing and maturing a product oriented capability

• Potentially having a relevant industry certification such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Agilist, Agile Coaching (ICAgile)
