PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VACANCY CARRIES AN IMMEDIATE START DATE.
Initially you will be starting out as a Resourcer, looking to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role as your skill and knowledge develops. Resourcers are responsible for all routes of candidate attraction and will use networking, headhunting and advertising methods to attract the best technical candidates.
The training on offer is a mix of in-house development, which covers specific market knowledge, the mechanics of the job, what to look for in candidates and how to find them, and external training courses which are run by an inspirational sales trainer who has experience within IT recruitment.
The basic salary is £21k which rises to £22.5k upon completion of probation. You will also earn £250 for every candidate you find who then gets placed into a client vacancy. Upon completion of probation this figure increases to a much higher figure based on a percentage of the deal you will be recruiting for.
You must be educated to degree-level and show evidence of a strong work ethic throughout your studies and work experience. The first stage of the interview process will be a telephone interview in which the director will be judging candidates very quickly on communication skills and rapport building.
