Graduate Trainee Tax Accountant - £24k + fully funded further qualifications

GRB are partnering with this exciting firm that would like to hire three graduates into their 2025 cohort of trainees. There is an opportunity to join a number of their internal teams, through which you would gain a wide range of skills and experiences within accounting and tax, all whilst working towards achieving the ACA qualification.

What could you be doing?

Accounting is a varied role, working with a variety of clients to offer strategic advice and help maximise profitability. This might involve financial reporting, taxation, auditing and much more.

Within this role, some of your responsibilities as a trainee could include:

• Bookkeeping work
• Completing VAT returns
• Preparing personal tax returns
• Preparing corporation tax returns
• Assisting with client banking
• Management accounts
• Purchase Ledger

What do you need?

• A predicted degree (or equivalent) of 2:1 or above in an academic or STEM subject
• A strong desire to become a chartered accountant
• Keen to complete the ACA qualification
• Must have a full driving license or be close to booking a test
• Links to the Mid-Kent area
