Learn how business decisions translate into costs, suppliers and day-to-day operations. This graduate opportunity combines commercial coordination with executive support, helping you build transferable skills while understanding how an expanding group brings its businesses together.
The Company
Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, this growing business group brings together multiple businesses and expands through acquisitions. Its central services support operations across several sites, covering finance, IT, company vehicles and property maintenance. Working directly with the Founder and Executive Chairman, you’ll see how strategic decisions connect with practical business needs. The role offers a broad introduction to managing a growing organisation, with full training and close mentoring to support your learning.

You’ll also support newly acquired businesses as they join group processes. No previous central services or executive support experience is required. With room to learn, you’ll build the organisational and numerical skills needed for future central services or operations management, providing updates on projects, costs and deadlines for senior decision-making.
