Our intern programme offers the opportunity to see what it's really like to work in the music industry, by getting stuck in to a full time role with the world's leading music company. In this paid 6-12 month placement, interns are learning directly from some of the best in the business. They also have the opportunity to attend networking sessions, hear from guest speakers from around the business and are given access to our learning & development initiatives to gain the key skills and knowledge required to further their career in our business.
Main purpose of role
Providing general assistance to the Commercial Partnerships team, key duties will include but are not limited to:
-Assisting in the preparation of new business presentations and pitches
-Arrange and facilitate meetings (both internal and external)
-Update The Globe website and social media sites with relevant content
-Producing and circulating departmental reports and meeting notes
-Liaising with internal events team on organising regular hospitality opportunities for clients
-Online research for brand contacts
Person Specification
-Interested in music brand partnerships
-Experience working within media ad agency environment highly advantageous
-Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Excellent telephone manner, communication and numeracy skills
-Flexible and able to prioritise own workload
-Ability to use own initiative when problem solving
-Experience of working in an office environment
-Creative thinker with knowledge and a love of music
