Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is an independent specialist recruitment agency providing first class recruitment solutions to organisations seeking first class talent. Established in 1997 by two Brighton University Business graduates, we have grown organically and now have several divisions covering graduate level and experienced hire level roles. We operate nationally with offices in Brighton and London.
At graduate level we cover the following sectors: IT and Finance, Sales, Recruitment, Engineering, Commercial, Digital and Analytical. At experienced hire level for graduates with up to 5 years? experience we cover the following sectors; IT (Cortex), Data Science and Analytical (Metrica) and Accounting and Financial Services (Quota).

Due to expansion, we are now looking for ambitious, hard working consultants to join our successful team.
You will begin as a Resourcer, matching candidates to vacancies, conducting initial screening interviews and learning to manage the interview process. Under guidance of a Managing consultant and our dedicated in-house coach, you will soon progress to Consultant level, learning business development and taking on the sales side of the role to build your own client base.
What can we offer you?
With a competitive starting salary of £19K, and uncapped commission, you would be expected to be earning £25K and beyond in your second year, with your earnings increasing year on year. We offer a structured training programme which is tailored to the individual to ensure you are getting the support that you need in order to succeed.
We also offer 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, and incentives such as team meals, reward days and reduced hours. We also hold regular social events, and you will be working from a desirable location in central Brighton.
