Established in France, this start-up software firm specialises in cutting edge recruitment screening technology. They are the market leader in France and with ambition to be the market leader in Europe, they have benefitted from significant financial investment to grow the business in the UK and beyond.
There are 2-3 immediate vacancies available for their central London office.
This is a '360' sales and account management role. You will be:
- Prospecting medium and large companies across a number of sectors to generate interest in the recruitment screening software.
- Booking in meetings with Talent Acquisition heads, Human Resource Directors and Heads of Resources to demonstrate the software and close.
- Spending 2-3 days a week meeting decision makers and networking.
- Targeted on non-financial KPI's such as 15 meetings per month and creation of pipeline business, as well as having a financial sales target per month.
Package is £25-35k (depending on experience), uncapped commission with no threshold, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and stock options.
- Graduated from a strong university in any course., ideally with a 2.1 or equivalent.
- Genuine interest in technology.
- Experienced in B2B sales, particularly in new business development.
- Living within a reasonable commute to central London.
- Happy to work in a small but fast-growing business.
- Entrepreneurial outlook.
