• London
• Bristol
• Liverpool

• Edinburgh

What do I need?

• A minimum of a 2:1 honours degree (achieved or predicted) in any discipline.
• Be committed and motivated to study for the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and Level 7 qualifications such as the Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM).
• Genuine interest in financial services and wealth management.

Whats the Application Process?

1. Register Your Interest – This is not an assessed stage and only takes a few minutes to complete.
2. Applications Open on 14 September 2026 – To apply you will need to complete a short application form for your preferred location. We do not require a CV or cover letter at any stage of the process. 
3. Online Assessment & Video Interview – An opportunity to showcase your motivations, strengths, and suitability for the programme.
4. Teams Interview – An online interview with a member of the GRB Rathbones recruitment team.
5. Assessment Centre & Final Interview- in person in your chosen location between 24 November and 8 December 2026.
