The Role
Start date - ASAP
Location - Isleworth, West London
Salary - Starts at £24k plus commission. Realistic OTE of £34k. Expected 2nd year earnings are £55-60k. Year 3 potential to be £100k+
On joining, you will enter their structured Professional Sales Development Programme providing you the key skills to sell their technology solutions. The programme is designed to take you from foundation to advanced level in three years and earn a six figure salary!
In your first year you will earn bonuses based on your activity and putting training into practice, so as long as you are listening and working hard you will earn extra regardless of sales outcomes.
Unlike other graduate sales roles, you will get to go out and meet clients, you will get to close your own deals and you will get to keep clients that you win. so in time your role will be a combination of new business sales and account management. Ultimately this is high level and complex solutions sales.
Requirements
- Strong academics background.
- Experience in a previous sales role is preferred, including part-time work, internships, work placements and post-graduate experience.
- Able to learn and understand complex information.
- Highly articulate - you will be dealing with high level clients in the largest businesses.
