The company is looking for future leaders to facilitate expansion into new markets and brands. They have recently launched a new company in Birmingham, managed by a consultant after four years within the company.

Responsibilities include:
- Business to business relationship building and sales
- Candidate sourcing through ad responses, database searching and networking

Requirements:
- A 2.1 degree or equivalent
- An appetite to work in a target-driven sales environment
- First-rate communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas
- Demonstrated drive and resilience
- Experience is a bonus, but not essential
