The Role
As a Technical Support Analyst at this software and IT services start-up, you will be responsible for a number of areas of the business and for gaining expert knowledge in their bespoke software.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing support issues and advising software developers, to ensure issues are seen to and fixed. You will train and coach clients, to utilise the software to its full potential. The role is analytical and offers the chance to carry out research into how the software is used and advise internal teams on your findings and potential improvements.
This is an opportunity to gain a huge amount of exposure and knowledge, with a company that is taking its growth very seriously. You will become an expert in business issues and through your client interaction, will help shape the road-map for the future of the software.

Responsibilities
- Building customer relationships.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong academic history.
- Proven self motivation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
Desirable
- SQL would be an advantage.
- Work experience in a customer focused environment.
