This outstanding innovator of construction materials is progressing their growth via a shared set of key goals and values. They are a sign of quality, innovation and strength, have a clear strategy and want to shape the way people build and live.
Commitment to excellence is achieved through continual investment in technology combined with high quality materials. Challenging the norm is part of their ethos as is their caring attitude; if a product can have a positive impact on the end user it's a great achievement. Hiring the best people and efficiently providing the best solutions to customers is extremely important to the business.
On offer is a three year rotational programme which will give you exposure to all elements of the technical department. You would spend roughly 12 months in three different teams, receiving personalised, tailored training at the start of each rotation.
You will get the chance to work on all sorts from providing technical advice to internal and external customers, participating in technical development projects, developing test programmes with colleagues and external stakeholders and providing design support and specialist CAD details for bespoke detailing.
The teams are as follows:
- technical sales and support
- development, testing and project management
- design and technical support
Throughout your three years you will be able to learn a vast amount using their internal training and E-learning programme, experience on the job mentoring and be given plenty of variety and new challenges.
We are looking for dynamic, confident communicators who are able to demonstrate continuous knowledge development. You will be highly organised, responsible and a conscientious team player.
You also need:
- Degree in a relevant background - Architecture, Construction and Civil Engineering related. We are also considering Material Scientists who have an interest in the construction industry
- CAD experience (degree or industry gained)
- Understanding of the construction industry
A driving licence and French language skills would be a bonus but not essential.
