This hugely successful company are a construction and design consultancy, based in London. With an impressive portfolio of work, they provide their high profile clients with innovative work spaces, from conception to delivery.
They are seeking a graduate to join them and train towards becoming a fully-fledged Site Manager. You will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects of varying value and complexity. This will provide you with the opportunity to fulfil your potential and career goals while being part of an established company. As you gain more knowledge and experience throughout the graduate role, you'll be given more responsibility.
You will receive one on one mentoring, training and guidance from line and senior management, the first year will see you working with project and site managers, shadowing senior colleagues as you learn the ropes on site.
Typically working on 5 projects across your first year, this fast pace and exciting role will involve: managing documentation prior to and throughout the project, risk assessment and health and safety management, maintaining site diaries, planning sequences of work and ensuring the project is on track for completion, liaising with consultants and design teams to flag up and communicate changes to design and their effect on operations, attending meetings with management and clients and generally supporting the logistics of projects.
In a similar fashion to a consultancy role, the majority of your time will be spent on site with sporadic periods working from the office between projects. While many of their projects are focused around London, full geographical flexibility is required. You will receive full support for accommodation as required.

Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Constructions, Engineering, Surveying, or Management is ideal however any background with transferable experience will be considered
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels and the confidence to thrive in a construction environment
- A placement year, internship or work experience in a transferable role or field is highly desirable
