The Role
You would enter the business as either a trainee or full recruitment consultant depending on experience and
look to grow the East Sussex desk as much as possible. The benefits of joining this team now are that the
accounts are extremely warm - you would be an account manager for the first 6 months before moving into a soft sales driven role.
Including the above you would be responsible for;
- Managing and building existing accounts.
- Sourcing and generating high quality educational professionals for a variety of positions in the East Sussex region.
- Regularly working to targets set by senior management, because your role will include placing supply teachers into roles with existing clients to a deadline.
- Advertising and marketing roles across relevant job boards.
Requirements
- Some sales or recruitment experience would be very beneficial.
- Experience in the education sector would be very beneficial.
- Proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desire to work in a target-driven or sales based environment.
