We are working with a leading, dynamic B2B PR agency who represent some of the most exciting and fast-growing technology brands in the world. Their clients range from small, disruptive start-ups, to huge household names.
They are looking for a sociable and enthusiastic graduate to join their team as an account executive - could you be who they are looking for?
PR Account Executive
In this role you will be responsible for supporting a variety of key client accounts and will gain fantastic exposure to the broad spectrum of B2B PR.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting extensive research into market trends and patterns, competitors, news stories, and client and media prospects
- Writing in a variety of different way, including press releases, news stories, blog posts, and social media posts
- Pitching stories to journalists and working with influencers on social media
- Running events launches - virtually for now, due to COVID, but when live events come back you would be responsible for venue-sourcing and managing the event
- Managing internal systems and their client databases

- Salary: The salary is £21-25K, depending on relevant PR experience, which increases as you progress within the role
Requirements
- A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject, such as PR or communications, English, marketing, media, humanities, social Sciences, or business
- Candidates with other degree subjects can also be considered if an interest in PR and content writing can be demonstrated
- Any exposure to a role within PR and communications is a valuable bonus, however, candidates with experience in marketing, social media management, communications are also strongly encouraged to apply
- Other experiences such as writing for the student newspaper, writing your own blog, managing a non-personal social media account, or having a position of responsibility at university, will also be considered
- An active interest in working in the technology sector
