An international multi-service provider supplying the healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors with critical products and service solutions. They have operations in 28 countries and have over 440 production sites, and a turnover of over ?3bn.
The Role
Joining this successful global business, you will undertake a two year graduate programme designed to give you a breadth of experience in operations, project management, and manufacturing. You will rotate across these areas and complete four 6 month placements enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of their operations.
A key focus of each rotation will be project management, as well as leading teams on production sites. Upon completion of the graduate programme, you can expect to progress into roles such as project engineer, continuous improvement manager, production lead or operations manager depending on your skill set.
They have numerous sites across the south-west, your "home site" will be wherever is closest to you however you will complete projects at other sites in order to develop well-rounded experience.
Requirements
- A 2:1 degree or equivalent within a relevant subject e.g. engineering, business, chemistry.
- 6 months' work experience e.g. internships, placements, post-university work.
- Analytical and methodical problem solver.
- Experience managing teams or projects.
- Interested in operations, continuous improvement and project management.
- Driving licence.
