They are an international company and one of Brighton's fastest growing businesses with a buzzing working environment. They are looking to take their current fantastic growth and drive their business into the future.
You will be joining their Membership Services team, acting as the first point of contact for both existing members and to reach out to new members. You will be responsible for the attraction, acquiring, retention and inspiration of more valued members to join their community.
Key responsibilities:
- Large focus on liaising with members, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Dealing with inbound and outbound communications
- Providing support and guidance to existing and current members
- Reaching out to new members to receive more subscriptions
Requirements:
- 2:1 equivalent or above (or predicted) in any degree
- A love of animals
- Strong and creative written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Self-starter attitude
- Empathetic nature
