Commercial Strategy Leadership Programme
This is an outstanding two-year graduate programme for an ambitious, motivated graduate to join a leading business in a trainee leadership position. This department is highly commercial and focus on driving the business forward from a management, operational and strategic perspective. The role will be assisting the leadership team to develop and implement policies and processes in key commercial areas.
Varied and wide ranging projects could be aligned to: commercial analytics, pricing, marketing intelligence, customer segmentation, process improvement, operations, and more. This is a highly broad role, where you will have a direct impact in driving forward commercial processes which may have a big impact on the wider business function. You will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects from day one and will have direct access to working with senior directors within the business.

Requirements
- 2:1 or above (or equivalent) ideally in a life science, chemistry or mathematics related subject from a top university
- An MSc qualification is highly desirable but it not a necessity
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly motivated, driven, resourceful and ambitious
- Strong examples of leadership potential e.g. through sports, extracurricular interests or work experience
- Any relevant work experience, internship or placement within a commercial role would be a bonus
- Confident with IT packages such as Excel would be useful
- Valid driving license due to company location
