You will have the opportunity to work closely with Implementation Managers and clients, configuring and personalising the company's software products to ensure each software implementation has the maximum impact on the client's business.
The successful candidate will assist the Implementation teams with the delivery and implementation of the company's customer experience and market research solutions.
This role is ideal for any science, technology or engineering graduate looking to break into the technology industry, or a graduate from an IT or Computer Science background that is not looking for standard software development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Implementation Managers on a variety of projects.
- Coding with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Travelling to client site and forming relationships with clients.
- Helping to create strategies and plans for projects through expert knowledge you will gain of the software products.
- Configuring software for clients to suit their individual business.
- Technical support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 2:1 or equivalent in Maths, Physics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related
- Spoken German to at least a reasonable level
- Some exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
