This well-established, global conference and events business works on some of the leading events in its sectors, ranging from legal and finance, to technology and data. They have multiple divisions within their structure; over the last couple of years they have expanded these divisions through graduate recruitment.
Most of their senior and management team started as graduates and they are now looking to hire more across their events teams - could you be the person they are looking for?
Graduate Events Producer - London - February 2023 - £27-28K + bonus
Please note that this is not an events management position.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the manager in the development of a brand new events products
- Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts for these new events
- Researching key market trends via desk- and phone-based research methods
- Building business relationships, based on this research, with high-profile industry stakeholders within the market and encouraging them to speak about market trends at the event
- Writing engaging content for the events brochure and websites, such as speaker biographies and topic descriptions
- Matching specific speakers to events attendees and vendors and organising bespoke meetings between them on the day of the event, for them to build their own business relationships

Requirements:
- A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject
- Candidates will have some exposure in an office environment such as market research, sales, recruitment, client relations, or events
- Candidates with 12 months+ experience in these areas can be put forward for a higher salary than advertised
