As a graduate analyst you will have be working closely with different areas of the business to deliver insights and make data-driven decisions.

A big part of your role is to ensure that everyone can access the information they need in the most efficient way.
In the next 12 months, you will:
-Conduct quantitative analysis and presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and provide actionable insights to teams across the business.
-Work collaboratively with product teams to identify opportunities for improvements using data, and set up appropriate metrics or AB tests to measure the impact of the work.
-Enable teams across the business to measure things that matter and track KPIs in dashboards you help build and maintain.
-Work alongside the engineering team to make sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
Gain an understanding of the customers they acquire and help them spend their fast growing marketing budget more effectively.
- 2:1 degree from a top 50 university in a mathematical subject (e.g. physics, stats, chemistry, engineering...).
- Attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for turning large amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable presenting your work to teammates.
- Eager to join a fast growing startup and proactively take on significant responsibility.
