This Engineering Consultancy are a fast growing, award-winning company with offices all over the world. They develop the world's leading software and electro-mechanical systems to enable simulation-led design, and they count the world?s major automotive, motorsport, aerospace and renewable energy companies as clients and close technology partners.
They are also at the forefront of designing and delivering the next generation of energy efficient drive and power generation systems; including multi-megawatt wind turbines and electric vehicle power-trains.
The Opportunity
Joining their 12-month Global Graduate Scheme means that you will be working on innovative projects, driving business-critical initiatives and learning from world-class professionals whilst you rotate around the business, developing your skills and gaining unrivalled exposure.
Based initially in the Nottingham Head Office you can look forward to a mix of on the job learning, training courses and project work alongside other graduates. You will be pushed outside of your comfort zone working on live client projects and alongside technical experts, happy to share their knowledge with you as a key part of their team. You will also have the fantastic opportunity to spend a rotation with their overseas technical teams based in Asia or Europe, experiencing their client challenges, absorbing the culture and giving you a more global perspective.
The Graduate Scheme is designed to start you on a journey towards becoming a technical expert or future business leader; the choice is yours. Your experiences will contribute towards you becoming a Chartered Engineer with Imeche or IET, including the opportunity to share your experiences with the wider community via our STEM Programme. Your mentor will be there to support you with the choices your make.

Requirements
- 2:1 or higher in Electronic Controls or related Engineering degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum 128 UCAS points (320 under the old system).
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Driven and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Natural problem solver and curious mind.
