The Role
Upon joining the Development Team you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through external training courses in both software development and the engineering industry, so that you understand the market you work within.
Once trained, you will be given entire features to develop from start to finish. The level of responsibility offered is second to none and you will see the results of your work, within an Agile environment. You will work on a wide variety of technical problems, including everything from the underlying mathematics and data storage to the user interface.
If you want to be a software developer and involved with an international software product in a fascinating industry, then this is the perfect role for you. You will spend 90% of your time programming, working as part of a small team of developers. You will have access to highly experienced software developers, who encourage the team to bounce ideas around. You have the opportunity to progress your career and have flexibility when doing so. Requirements
