Due to huge growth this year, this company is looking to hire a business development manager. This role has quick progression and progression would include stepping into a head of sales relatively quickly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience looking to take their next step and even gain management experience.
The role of the BDM will be to shape the direction and make-up of the sales function; support the development of the junior sales member and to deliver outstanding commercial results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and developing new business relationships
- Increase the outbound sales
- Create bespoke packages tailored specifically to the client
- Attend networking events
- Improve the performance of the sales team through mentoring and training

Requirements:
