What You'll be Doing
Working within the Billing team, your main focus will be problem solving. You'll be a point of contact for customers and the wider business, solving problems and discrepancies in the billing data. Whether it's a problem with the database, user error, or technical issues, it's your job to solve the problem or find someone who can!
This will mean everything from crunching through the data, speaking to the other teams, explaining and passing on the problem to the support specialists or explaining the issue to a client. In this job, analysis means diving into data to fix a problem with the systems that produced the data, rather than getting lost in the numbers themselves.
