A global fintech software house.
This role will see you occupy a key position offering support and guidance to existing clients who use a range of systems. The position would suit a graduate who wants to gain commercial experience within a technical support environment. It is not essential for you to have prior technical knowledge but you must have excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills as you will be working with clients on a day-to-day basis.
You will gain knowledge in:
- Service incident management
- New releases
- Client on-boarding
- QA and testing
- Project delivery cycles
- Applications support and operations in a client facing environment
As this client works with organisations within the funds and investment industries and knowledge of, and interest in finance and financial markets is also beneficial.
They are looking for candidates who:
- Are excellent problem solvers
- Are fluent in both English and Italian
- Have clear and confident communication skills
- Have a strong academic background
- Possess a genuine interest in IT
- Can be flexible in their approach to work to support numerous projects
This role requires you to work on a split shift pattern; some weeks you will work 7:30am - 4:00pm, others will be 9:00am - 5:30pm.
