A business-to-business provider of food and drink products across London and the home counties. Their clients range from city-based legal and financial institutions to manufacturing firms and leisure centres. They have constantly figured in the top ten best small companies to work for for graduates. They are growing 20% year on year and looking to grow their revenue from £35m in 2016 to £50m by 2019.
We are looking for graduates with existing sales experience for at least FOUR immediate vacancies in their new business sales team.
They offer excellent ongoing training which includes an international training conference. With the support of senior ?hands-on? sales managers, they will refine your business skills and sales techniques and develop you into a highly successful member of our team.
The successful candidates will not only receive a first class training programme but will also be part of a well-structured, fast-track career development plan that will take you to management level and beyond.
Once the induction training period is complete, the job will be based 2 or 3 days per week at head office in Hertfordshire and the other days out in the field (London and the Home Counties) meeting clients and potential clients. You ultimately manage your own schedule but will of course be expected to hit KPIs and targets.
The ideal person will be highly motivated to succeed. Characteristics such as confidence, competitiveness, ambition, personal drive and persuasive ability are key. Applicants should also be very articulate and quick thinking.
Salary is £27-30k + company phone and laptop + commission with a first year OTE of £50-60k (uncapped)
Requirements:
- To be degree educated
- To have at least 12 months experience in outbound, proactive sales.

- To have a driving license
- An outgoing, goal seeking personality
- To be motivated by targets and to embrace KPIs
