Established in 1999, Oxbridge Applications is the global leader in providing guidance and practical support for students applying to Oxford and Cambridge Universities, as well as the top medical and law schools in the UK.
We are currently recruiting for a School Account Manager to maintain relationships with client schools, lead exemplary events for students and deliver the commercial strategy to grow the business in this department.
What will you be doing?
+ Using your own experience of applying to either Oxford or Cambridge, as School Account Manager you will proactively engage with teachers to plan, promote and deliver effective support programmes for students' applications to competitive universities
+ You will manage schools' academic needs and deliver bespoke educational services and events
+ Working in a company that is dedicated to excellence in academia and supporting bright young people to achieve success, a large part of the work is face-to-face consultancy working with teachers and their students to help them develop confidence
+ You will take the lead on product development of future programmes, products and academic resources and work on strategy alongside the senior management team to promote our services
+ You will work with the Events team to deliver outstanding services to schools around the world, as well as present and run workshops to parents, students and teachers.
This role allows you to utilise your commercial knowledge but also play a vital role in the success of schools' in-house academic programmes. You will see the tangible and rewarding impact of your work and receive full training and opportunity for further professional development.
What are we looking for?
+ Have graduated from either Cambridge or Oxford University (undergraduate or masters level)
+ Have teaching experience and a demonstrable understanding of the UK education sector
+ Have proven sales or consultancy experience, ideally in the education sector
+ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
+ Have strong management and leadership skills
+ Have a genuine desire to help young people reach their potential

+ £30-40K per annum dependent on experience + performance related bonus
