The Role
Due to the exponential growth, this company is looking for graduates to be part of the CRM department. You will be a key relationship manager for the VIP players.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with VIP players.
- Taking ownership of queries and specific requests by VIP players.
- Analysing future player development and opportunity.
- Co-ordinate with internal Gifting and Events team to ensure you are offering a personalised approach for your VIP Players.
- Opportunity to co-host bespoke events throughout the year including exclusive days at Royal Ascot or the F1, as well as 5* trips both domestic and abroad!
- Ensure monthly KPI targets are achieved.
Note that this is an office based role, largely over the telephone, but you will also be expected to arrange regular meetings and attend events.
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
- Experience of working to targets
- Capable of working with data and spreadsheets.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload.
- Target driven.
- High levels of empathy and patience, and experience in conflict resolution.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- IT literate including Excel.
- Confidence to host events.
