Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a top grad with 2+ years experience looking for the next step in their career. Working for a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, you will have a thorough 3 month induction period to get up to speed on their operations within London and the Home Counties. After which you will take on a defined area within the London area and be responsible for your team, customers, and overall performance of your area.
Your key objectives will be:
- Provide effective leadership, management, and profit-loss control of your regional team.
- Adopt a retail approach across your customer base to maximise revenue.
- Maintain and develop good customer relations at all times.
- Work alongside the Head of Operations and Operations Director to develop targets and objectives for your area.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services.

Requirements
- Degree-educated, ideally from a top university.
- 2+ years' experience within FMCG, Food, Logistics, Retail Management, Operations or related.
- Leadership experience either within work or outside interests, e.g. Sports.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Full UK driving licence.
