Ageing demographics is one of the megatrends of our era, alongside AI and climate change. We believe that by improving healthspan and quality of life, we can substantially reduce the economic and social impact of ageing. Kinly today supports people over-66 and their families to understand what support and allowances they are eligible for at a national and local level, and then do all the complex forms/applications for them. We need people to help us deliver this mission at scale.

A majority of pensioners are cut off from the support they need due to barriers to access – disability, low income, lack of internet or lack of family. We help people navigate a complex system and make ageing easier. Our services are free at the point of use, and fully accessible using only a landline phone; but we use cutting-edge AI and technology to deliver the service across the UK.
Kinly was founded by a previous unicorn founder (insurtech) and ex-Managing Director of an AIM-listed biopharma. The business is based in West-London, with teams focused on Sales, Customer Success, Tech and Operations. The business has a very senior advisory Board, including Government advisors and health and care leaders; and the business was awarded a prestigious Government grant in January 2025.
The team central team is currently 25 people and 50+ across the organisation, and is looking to expand significantly into 2026.
Kinly is seeking highly motivated Graduate Associates, who are excited about working in a high-paced environment and able to take on a range of tasks and challenges.
It’s a brilliant way to learn about business and how a fast-growing tech start-up really works.
Within the Graduate Associate track, there are roles across Sales, Operations and Advisory. All roles are client-facing, but focusing on different aspects of the customer journey; from onboarding new clients, to helping with product delivery and giving advice. The goal is delivering a delightful client experience and ensuring that Kinly’s product works for older people.
Graduate Associates will work closely in the London office with both of the founders and the management team, and there is plenty of scope to grow rapidly with the business for motivated candidates.

The ideal candidates are switched-on, motivated, highly personable and great communicators. Most of all, they are highly aligned to Kinly’s mission, and have a great attitude and are keen to learn. Start-up experience is a plus, but not required. All educational / academic backgrounds are welcome. It’s all about the quality of the individual.
