The Sales & Marketing Graduate Programme is JTI’s flagship pathway for ambitious graduates who want to shape the future of commercial leadership.
You’ll gain a 360° view of a world-class commercial organisation, rotating across sales, marketing and account management while working on real projects that influence strategy, customers and performance.
This isn’t about learning one job. It’s about building the skills, confidence and credibility to move into impactful commercial roles – and ultimately leadership positions – in a global business.
As a graduate on the programme, you will:
- Rotate across Sales and Marketing, gaining exposure to the full commercial engine of JTI
- Work on live commercial projects that shape go-to-market strategy and customer experience
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and partners across the UK and internationally
- Analyse market and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Present your ideas and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing real business decisions
- Develop the confidence to challenge thinking and drive continuous improvement
