Global Management Development Programme (Outperformer)
Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program, where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of international projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast paced and testing, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you. We have three tracks of the GB programme – Business, Logistics and Finance.
Business Track
- 12 months as an Account Manager or Field Engineer in GB.
- 3 months on an operational project in Northern Europe office: either Sweden/Denmark/Finland or Ireland. This could be within, HR, finance, marketing or engineering.
- 6 months on a strategic project at regional headquarters in Manchester, GB.
- 3 months on an international project outside the region. If you’ve come from a mature market, you’ll work in an emerging market, and vice versa.
- Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
Finance Tracks
Option 1
- 12 months as an Account Manager in GB
- 3 months in a Finance project in GB
- 6 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in GB
- 3 months in a Finance project in another country
- Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
Option 2
- 3-6 months in an Accounting & Shared Services rotation in GB
- 6-9 months in a Controlling & Reporting rotation in GB
- 3 months in a Credit & Collection rotation in GB
- 3 months in a Finance project in GB
- 6 months in a defined project in another country
- Once the course is completed you will land in a role outside of your home country.
