Job Description
You?ll be the first level of application and hardware support for all field-based pen tablet users. You?ll also be responsible for the planning, implementation and support of all visits and activities across all channels.
-1st level Siebel and hardware support
-Logging all issues requiring further action to their Service Now ticketing application
-Understand all relevant areas of the Siebel and OBIEE application
-Maintaining the quality and integrity of data
-Assisting with bespoke projects
-Support other team members
-Build and maintain a good relationship with all second level support teams.
This is a 9 month FTC.
Essential skills
-Customer service support experience
-Advanced Excel and Word skills
Desired skills
-Experience in a helpdesk environment preferable
-Knowledge of the Siebel system
