My client is an award-winning IT consultancy and modern managed services provider specialising in Oracle, Microsoft and Cloud Technologies. They have over 800 employees across the UK and work with a range of successful organisations.
The Role
This is a great opportunity to join their growing support team and scale up within the company.
The core responsibilities include:
- Provide 1st line support to customers.
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service.
- Fix and resolves issues and queries where possible.
- Respond to and solve support tickets on ITSM solution.
- Raise monitoring alarms from customer systems via their industry leading software.
- Engage with 2nd and 3rd line teams for help and escalating complex issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of requests, in accordance to agreed SLAs.
Essential skills
- Two years' experience in a similar role, preferably with external customers andor database technology.
- Experience working with ITIL or an understanding of the framework.
- Experience of service desk functions.
Desired skills
- Background in technology, with experience with SQL or Oracle.
- Proven track record with another managed services company.
- IT desktop management experience.
