The Company
A growing technology company based in central London. They specialise in building RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for a range of industries.
You'll work alongside teams of bright technical professionals, who are dedicated to driving the business forward. Partnered with key internal and external stakeholders to help drive improvements to the business.
The Role
You will manage processes and workload within the service delivery team, partnering with the head of infrastructure and the head of customer success. You will look to improve processes within the overall service delivery team, using data and reporting to inform some of the key decisions you make.
You will also manage customer relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied and SLAs are being met. Key responsibilities are:
- Workload management.
- Customer relationship management.

- Supporting clients.
What You Need
- Experience in IT service delivery or IT support, or any other client facing technical role.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
