They offer a highly collaborative, social and transparent working environment as evidenced by the fact that commercial analytics, digital analytics and customer analytics get together every other month to discuss current projects they are working on and enhance ideas generation.
The Role
Currently looking for three customer analytics specialists to join an already established but rapidly growing customer and campaign analytics function.
The scope of your role will be vast from using data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI to using cutting edge Data Science and Machine learning techniques. With an extensive road map of projects coming up, candidates will be able to get involved with data ranging from text analytics to frequency spend modelling to digital analytics. You might be required to model the potential future value of their current customer base, to performing analysis around when and why customers book hotels and flights.
Primary tools used within the position are: R, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx.
Requirements
- A science, engineering or mathematics academic background.
- A grounding in customer data analytics.
- A background in statistical analytics with experience of either; R, SPSS, SAS, Python.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview.
Desirable
- Experience and grounded understanding of customer market data.
- Working knowledge of Text analytics.
- Data Science experience.
- Proficient user of either R, Python.
