This role sits within the Grocery Insight Team, who work with stakeholders within buying, merchandising and marketing, to utilise the vast amounts of data at their disposal in order to create valuable insights to support decision making.
With a focus on customer analytics, you will be dedicated to projects concerning predicting lifetime value of customers, segmenting the customer base to better understand how they shop and then using this to recommend changes to: marketing campaigns, range, pricing and promotions and building an acquisition attribution model to calculate return on marketing investments.
This is an opportunity to gain line management experience as well because you will have one graduate analyst reporting into you.
With daily use of SQL, Python and Tableau this is a brilliant opening for an analyst with an inquisitive mindset to join a company that offers excellent development and progression opportunities.
- Excellent academics from a top university
- Experience in an analytical role within a commercial environment, preferably customer or marketing focused
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders
