They are looking to bring in a Senior Online Customer analyst to help continue their drive for growth using innovative, exciting technology and analytics.
The Role
As a Senior Customer Analyst you will be using your data analytics skill set on a range of projects at the forefront of customer growth and retention. Responsibilities will be diverse, from developing segmented customer value models to increasing customer retention and acquisition, to customer or cohort level analysis across all online touching points to help develop customer value strategies and enhancing customer life cycle.
Offering fantastic business exposure, you will be working with the wider analytics community in online trading, insight and product to help drive growth strategies within one of the leading global grocery retailers.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- A strong numerical degree from a reputable university.
- Advanced SQL with knowledge of visualisation tools.
- Experience working in customer orientated business analytics.
- Good communication skills with experience working directly with stakeholders.
