This exciting start-up is standing 25 strong and has created a unique platform that allows for their client companies to insert their sets of data form different sources, process them and receive an accurate analysis of them as well as insights on how they can use that knowledge to their advantage.
As their product is becoming more popular by they day, they need talented individuals interested in expanding their career and growing with the company.
If you want to work in a smart-casual but hard-working atmosphere for a company with a Central London office that will allow for 3-4 days WFH post-Covid, this may role be for you!
The Role
They are looking for a customer success manager who will feel comfortable managing the post-sale engagement with a new customer, working out the project timeline and seeing that it is effectively delivered. The ideally candidate has strong communications skills, is keen to work with customers and take he lead on time-sensitive projects.
You will working alongside a team of six, that includes QA engineers, another customer success manager, SQL analysts and technical support engineers.
Additionally, if in the future you want to diversify your role, they'll be more than happy to accommodate you so that you can grow along with the company.
Skills Required
- University degree or equivalent (preferable)
- Experience in a similar role
- Interest in the SaaS industry and the technical side related to it.
- Previous experience with working in a start-up environment (preferred)
