As Manager of the Customer Insight team you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting analysts as well as doing the analysis and recommendations to drive order growth.
Your main focus will be on customer decision making and overall customer experience. You'll need to have a good understanding of current and prospective customer's behaviours as well as responsiveness to marketing activity.
