Luxury retail department store in London, known for it's extravagance in both clothing and home furnishing where the latest fashions sit alongside design classics.
As a business, this organisation has a clear strategy in place with the customer pillar being one of 5 key areas in the business that are identified as being critical to growth and development. In this newly created CRM team, you will report directly into the Head of Customer Insight and CRM.
You will be responsible for running campaign selections across DM, email and SMS and then analyse post-campaign performance. You will need to know what to recommend in terms of strategy growth, how to optimise campaigns, what to do in order to understand incremental analysis of a campaign and how to run effective control tests to be able to monitor uplift.
Additionally you will be involved with day to day running of the behind the scenes element to the loyalty programme and will use SQL to a high level within the role.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- a CRMcampaign analytics background
- professional experience of using SQL
- a STEM subject degree
- ability to present insight back to the business in compelling way
