The Role
The primary function of the O365 and Dynamics CRM DesignSupport Analyst is to ensure their Corporate Microsoft applications are supported in line with SLAs. The CRM Support Analyst will help drive the direction and adoption of CRM, by providing insight for the application and build awareness for training sessions with Super-Users.
Also, the role's responsibilities include the implementation of new applications and integration with other corporate applications, including improvements and their configuration, testing, integration into live services.
The application environment includes Office 365, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online, Agresso (ERP) and some legacy applications.
Requirements
- Strong Dynamics CRM Experience.
- Experience supporting and training super-users on both Dynamics CRM and Office 365.
- Hands on experienced delivering high-quality IT Services Support.
Desirable
- Agresso.
- SharePoint.
- PowerShell Scripting.
- SQL Scripting.
