Developing specialist technology solutions for the medical research and pharmaceutical industries. The product is used world-wide to leading pharmaceutical companies and medical research organisations using real world data as well as using their own data capture platform.
** The Role**
The company are seeking for an application support analyst to join the team. You'll come with experience in a support desk setting.
- 2nd Line support for it's customers and studies
- Ability to respond to customer tickets and prioritise requirements
- Analyse and troubleshoot raised tickets
- Resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Resolve and close support tickets
