GRB's Metrica division win Diversity and Inclusion Award

Human Resources

Metrica are delighted to be recognised as the recruitment supplier of 2018 for the diversity and inclusion category at Capgemini.

Metrica are delighted to be recognised as the recruitment supplier of 2018 for the diversity and inclusion category at Capgemini. Metrica accept recruitment challenges all the time and we approached this with the confidence we had the talent pool to deliver on our promise to the team at Capgemini. Our partnership originally began in 2012 and after building on successful divisional placements we are delighted to reach this stage in our professional relationship. We are now at the point where our job offer acceptance rate has reached 100%.

Being on the PSL does not make us complacent either as we enjoy the competition from other agencies in building the Capgemini consulting team and giving them a competitive advantage with their talent. Our secret weapon is access to the GRB database which pools first class University students the minute they start University. Through our relationship with GRB, we can track their progress once they graduate and intervene when opportunities arise that enable them to realise their potential.

The Talent Director at CapGemini commented “Strengthening our partnerships with suppliers who see the importance of our strategic initiatives is key for us. We are delighted with Metrica’s positive approach and results in supporting us to achieve our diversity and inclusion ambition.”
