The choice seems endless - so why choose the GRB? We are different in many ways and this can be hard to put into words! We understand that without students and graduates we are nothing. Therefore you have decided the current shape of GRB. Nothing stays the same as we are constantly looking at things from different angles and testing new concepts out. It is a common misconception that agencies charge for candidates for their service, but this practice is illegal. At no point in the process do we charge a fee for our service to students/graduates. We are a profit-making organisation but our fees are derived from clients who pay to use our various recruitment services. All profits are ploughed back into the business and used to grow the company and set new standards of service.

2. Run by graduates for graduates
All our experts are graduates with several years of recruitment experience and are trained to develop extensive networks. They have been through the process themselves and can pass on their experience to you. They manage each of your job applications giving feedback and advice on each part of the process. Their 'insider' knowledge can make all the difference to your success. They continually find new recruiters looking for graduates and keep you in the loop.

We have vacancies across a broad range of industries covering IT, Science, Engineering, Business and Management plus many more. 5. Availability
Our experts are available by email and more importantly by phone until 8pm Monday to Thursday and up to 5pm on Friday. We also leave a central mobile number on our answering machine should you need to contact us out of office hours.

6. Personalised vacancy alerts and tips
We don't bombard you with new vacancies every day. Once a week you get an email listing all our new vacancies. You can then apply directly. This is automated by our software and keeps you in the loop. The real difference for you is when our networkers email you special job alerts after looking at your profile and a job they have to fill. They follow this up with a call and then take you under their wing through the whole process!

Not every graduate wants to enter the world of work immediately.  We can help you reach a decision from the myriad of alternatives from postgraduate study, a gap year, or working for a voluntary organisation.
