The Graduate Recruitment Bureau specialises in placing graduates into graduate jobs. We work with graduate recruiters of all sizes, in all industry sectors across the UK.
As a Student Brand Manager (SBM) you will be responsible for promoting the GRB?s brand within your university.
Specific tasks include:
- Sign Ups
You will be responsible for encouraging students to sign up with the GRB either by registering online or via registration cards. You can do this by communicating with departments, fellow students, student unions, via facebook or you can be creative and use any other marketing method to attract as many students as you can. The more sign ups, the larger your pay cheque!
- Career Fairs
The GRB attend many career fairs every year. When we attend your university you will be required to join us for the day to help us promote our services and give out freebies at our GRB stand.
How do you earn the money?
- You will be paid for each qualified sign up.
- Work at Career Fairs will be paid on an hourly basis plus bonuses
- Many monthly bonuses and incentives
If you use your time wisely and complete the tasks set you can earn £1000s over the year - it has been done!
It's a serious commitment and we expect you to work hard towards your sign-ups each term.
Our Student Brand Manager scheme has just been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, meaning you can work towards an additional marketing qualification for your CV.

- Currently a student, studying for a degree at university
- Self motivated - no lazy students! If you don't put the time and effort in you won't get anything out of it.
- Very strong communication skills
- Flexible with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of your university and its students
- Organised
